I had to reset my game on Win 10 for the second time in a month and of
course lost progress. The Restore Purchases option does not restore all
purchases. I put in a ticket on a different issue last week and have not
received an update other than the automated response. At the very least
I want my Loyalty points back as I'll not spend any real money until
then.
