iOS and Android Versions


We would advise you to use the ‘Restore Purchases’ function to claim the purchase again. To do this, press the ‘Options’ cog in the top-left whilst on the Fist of Caliban (where you can see your Freeblade), then select the ‘Restore Purchases’ option in the bottom left. This should give you the items you are missing.


If not, we are able to manually restore purchases for you. To do this, please complete the following steps:

  • Progress to and complete the ‘Siegebreaker’ mission in Chapter 2 to unlock Daily Event mode.
  • Use the ‘Contact’ option again to send a new e-mail to us. This will attach your PlayerID which we can use to award you your purchases.
  • Please also forward us a receipt for all purchases you wish for us to restore.




Facebook Gameroom and Windows 10 Versions


  • Progress to and complete the ‘Siegebreaker’ mission in Chapter 2 to unlock Daily Event mode.
  • Contact Pixel Toys and include your Player ID. You can obtain this by navigating to the options screen - on the home screen where your Knight is visible, press the options cog in the top-left of the screen.
  • Your player ID will be at the bottom and will be a 24-character set of alphanumeric characters (e.g. 1234ab567890c12de345f678)
  • Please also forward us receipts for all purchases you wish for us to restore.
