We’re sorry to hear you are having trouble with Cloud Save. Firstly, please make sure:
- That you are signed into GameCenter and iCloud across all devices on iOS, Google Play or the devices Cloud Save account for Android.
- That cloud saving is enabled for your app across all devices - you can check this on your device settings by going to Settings -> iCloud -> iCloud Drive on iOS, Settings -> Backup and reset -> Cloud Usage on Android and ensuring that ‘Freeblade’ is enabled on the list of applications.
- Your cloud save data will update only when a change is made and you are connected to the Internet.
Please note that we don't support cloud saving on Windows 10 or Facebook Gameroom.
