We're sorry to hear you have experienced an error whilst receiving your Event or Multiplayer reward. If you have not already done so, please use the ‘Contact’ option again to send a new e-mail to us. This will attach your PlayerID which we can use to award you your reward. Please let us know in the contents of the email what the reward was, such as the number of Valor Medals expected from Multiplayer.
