Anyone else been told to claim a comet that’s already claimed and the game won’t let you click on anything, all it lets u do is close the app see attachment for example

Yes I’m having the exact same issue. Stuck on that screen with no way to proceed. Even tried reinstalling. To no avail. Have raised a ticket too.

Several other have reported it as well in the reviews section.

Cant even find a way to uninstall it and stattt from scratch, when you uninstall it it just resumed from where I am! There should always be a choice to start from scratch at the beginning
